Hannah Ratigan

Hannah Ratigan is a sharp communicator and globally minded strategist with a deep interest in the intersection of cybersecurity, policy and public discourse. As a collaborator with Cybersecurity Redefined, she brings a distinctive voice to our work - helping translate complex topics into compelling narratives that connect across sectors and borders.

A Political Science honors graduate from the Universidad de Costa Rica, Hannah is currently based in Brussels, where she’s pursuing a Master’s in Global Security and Strategy at the Brussels School of Governance, supported by an academic excellence scholarship.

Hannah contributes to Cybersecurity Redefined as an independent expert, offering strategic communication insight, editorial support and a unique global perspective shaped by her academic and multicultural background. Her presence strengthens our mission to push bold, informed and accessible conversations around cybersecurity and its role in a rapidly changing world.

Luna-Marika Dahl

Luna-Marika Dahl is a cybersecurity engineer and thought leader whose work bridges technical depth with trend-focused insight. As a collaborator with Cybersecurity Redefined, she explores emerging cyber trends, contributes expert perspectives and helps keep our community informed on the evolving threat landscape.

Luna brings her expertise from her role at E.ON, where she supports critical security services and leads automation initiatives for the CERT and CTI teams. Outside her engineering work, she’s an active supporter of the Women4Cyber Foundation, advocating for representation and inclusion in the cybersecurity space.

At Cybersecurity Redefined, Luna contributes as an independent expert, sharing research, commentary and in-depth analysis through articles and a forthcoming blog series. Her work reflects a strong commitment to clarity, relevance and accessibility in an increasingly complex digital world.
